Veg and paneer rice

Take a pan, pour ghee in it and saute onions in it till it gets tender, then ginger garlic paste and crushed green chillies, after that put all dry powders. When all dry powders get roasted, put tomatoes in it, saute it till it get mushy, then put the diced vegetables and cook till half cooked then put washed and strained biryani rice and saute it in Masala for 2-3 secs then put double amount of water of the rice.

Cook it, for approx 20 mins with closed lid and at last when the rice and veggies get cooked, drizzle some ghee over the rice and garnish it with fried paneer, coriander leaves, roasted dry fruits

Serve it with cucumber raita, pickle and papad.
