Sift flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda.

Beat butter and sugar till creamy, add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix flour mixture and with with light hands. Then pour milk gradually and mix just to combine.

Bake it at 180° for 20 to 25 min or till done. Check it by inserting toothpick comes clean.

Beat whipped cream with colour and vanilla extract. Fill piping bag with it and pipe on cooled cupcakes sprikle and enjoy.
