Spoiled milk steamed Barfi (Sweet)

Take paneer made from spoiled milk (if you don't have, can make paneer as we make for rasgullas) and grind it. Add hung curd, condensed milk, mix few strands of kesar in warm milk and add to this mix and add other ingredients like cashew powder, milk powder, vanilla essence and grind together.

Now grease one cake tin of rectangle shape or any pot. Keep your steamer ready. You can steam in any kadhai or pan. Sprinkle some kesar strands and sliced pistachio on greased tin. Now pour the prepared mixture in greased tin and steam for 15-20 mins.

Let it cool down and keep in refrigerator for 2 hours, take it out carefully on a plate and cut in square shapes.
