Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. 250 grsquid (cut in ring shape)
  2. 1salted egg (yoke only)
  3. 1/2lemon
  4. salt & pepper
  5. 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  6. 1 cupcorn flour (maizena)
  7. pinchbaking powder
  8. 5garlic
  9. 4red chili
  10. spring onion (chopped)
  11. 1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  12. 5 tablespoonwater
  13. 2 tablespoonbutter or margarine

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinade the chop squid with lemon, salt, pepper, sesame oil - 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Prepare the corn flour, salt, pepper, baking powder

  3. 3

    Smear the squid into flavoured corn flour, then fry in hot oil. Then set aside

  4. 4

    Saute the chopped garlic & chili with butter or margarine

  5. 5

    Pour the oyster sauce then spring onion in.

  6. 6

    Mix the salted egg (yoke) with water then pour onto the saute sauce until it bubbling

  7. 7

    Fried squid in to the sauce.
