Steamed Rice Flour Fingers

Grind the boiled rice in a mixer grinder. Take rice flour, ground boiled rice, salt, haldi and prepare a soft dough.

Now let it rest for 10 minutes after greasing with oil.

Prepare small balls and then roll them down in shape of fingers with your palms.

Boil water in a pan with mashed garlic, salt and 1 tbsp oil. Cover with a sieved plate and place the fingers on top of it. Cover them and steam for 15 minutes.

Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, brown mustard, poppy seeds, curry leaves and saute.

Now add the steamed rice fingers and mix. Add salt, red chilli powder and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Now we will serve with green chutney/ sauce.
