Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cupsred bell pepper (about 250 grams)
  • 2 ozsalt-cured cod (about 60 grams)
  • 8 tablespoonsolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the red bell pepper in the oven. Let it cool, remove the skin, and cut it into strips.

  2. 2

    Slice the peeled garlic cloves and shred the salt-cured cod into strips. Mix everything in a bowl and add the olive oil.

  3. 3

    Stir well, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for a few hours—overnight is even better.

  4. 4

    Serve with plenty of bread.
