Cooking Instructions

Peel the yam and cut into cubes.

Add water to a clean pot and allow to boil.

Wash and add the yam to the boiling water and a pinch of salt.

When it's well cooked and soft, strain in a clean basket.

Get your clean mortal and pestle, pound a little bit not too smooth enough, grate the scotch bonnet, onions and pepper and add.

Add the seasonings /spices and mix well all together.

Crack the eggs add seasonings.

Mould the yam into balls.

Soak into the eggs, all round.

Heat the oil, deep fry until golden brown.

Done... Yummy😋
