White Sauce Cottage Cheese Pasta
As we hear pasta, our imagination starts with herbs, cheese, gluten free, homemade, variety of sauces and all possible Italian combination of savoury flavours.
From today onward, we are going to broaden up our imagination of pasta. This pasta is going to be presented as a 'Dessert'.
A combination of cheese , cream, sugar syrup blended into a bomb of flavours. I present you 'White Sauce Cottage Cheese Pasta' .
White Sauce Cottage Cheese Pasta
As we hear pasta, our imagination starts with herbs, cheese, gluten free, homemade, variety of sauces and all possible Italian combination of savoury flavours.
From today onward, we are going to broaden up our imagination of pasta. This pasta is going to be presented as a 'Dessert'.
A combination of cheese , cream, sugar syrup blended into a bomb of flavours. I present you 'White Sauce Cottage Cheese Pasta' .

For sugar syrup, boil sugar and water. Once it starts boiling, add milk to it. Then all impurities start floating on the top in the form of foam. Throw them away. Now you are left with pure and clear syrup. Keep adding water, so as to maintain the two cups water consistency.

Knead cheese, all purpose flour, arrowroot powder and vanilla essence to a smooth dough and then shape your pastas as per your wish. Then boil them for 20 minutes in sugar syrup to cook up the pasta.

Once cooked separate the pasta from sugar syrup and keep it aside to cool down.

For white sauce, add milk & cream to the pan. Once it is blended up completely, add mozzarella & pistachios to it and continue to mix until a smooth sauce is prepared. No need to add sugar in the sauce as pasta has enough sugar to balance the recipe.

After the consistency of the sauce is attained, toss the pasta in it and then it is ready to eat. Plate the pasta and top it with the pistachio crumbles. Your cottage cheese is all set to set the mood. Enjoy.
