Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil rice and wash

  2. 2

    Blend onions an pepper together then fry for about 2 mins

  3. 3

    Add seasoning and pure water too then allow it to boil,, add parboiled rice into the pot and allow it to cook,, peal and cut plantain then fry to ur liking,, done
