Pumpkin Raita(panikakharu)

Heat a pan add 1tsp oil, add chopped white pumpkin stir 5 mints. Then add 1 cup water &salt cook on low flame till it becomes soft. Take a cup add 2 tbsp water &half tbsp rice flour mix well &pour with the cooked pumpkin.

When the rice flour & pumpkin nicely cooked off the gas, add desiccated coconut & curd mix it well. Now a seasoning pan add oil add mustard seeds, asafoetida, green chilli,& curry patta crackle for 30 seconds off the gas. Add a pinch of red chilli powder &pour on the raita. White pumpkin raita is ready to serve.You can also add little sugar.
