Today's meal is really healthy, but also delicious and light on the stomach.

Cut the broccoli into florets, wash thoroughly, and steam or boil until tender. Cut the silken tofu into small pieces and slice the mushrooms thinly. In a skillet, sauté the shallots, add the ground pork and cook until just browned, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry together.

Bring to a simmer and add 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 small cup of water (about 1/4 cup or 60 ml). Stir well to combine, then gently add the tofu. Turn the tofu carefully as silken tofu breaks easily. Simmer for a few minutes, then turn off the heat and sprinkle with green onions and black pepper.
