Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscooked basmati rice
  2. 1/2 cupBoiled Corns
  3. 1/2chopped capsicum
  4. 1 tbspgreen chilli paste
  5. 2 tbspghee
  6. 1 tspgrama masala
  7. 1 tspcumin
  8. Pinchturmeric powder
  9. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big vessel. Heat ghee and fry cumins. Add hing powder, Haldi, garam masala, green chilli paste. After one minute add both vegetables.Saute for 10 minutes.

    When vegetables sauteed add salt and basmati rice. Mix it very well for another 5 minutes. Healthy rice is ready now.
