In a mincer add meat and mince it

Separately chop onion and squeeze out water

Than in minced arena add chop onion.fried onions.salt.ginger garlic.chilli paste.cinammon powder.red chilli flakes and mince it

Make a round kebab out of it

In karahai add oil and ghee

Fry the kebab gently

Add thick potato slices in it and cook

When it's done add onions which are roughly cut

Add salt red chilli green chillies and give it on dum enjoy
