Use already prepared rajma as we prepare for rajma chawal... mash is slightly. In a bowl add the mashed rajma, crumbled paneer and 2tbsp grated cheese. Mix well

On filo sheets brush a little oil. Spread the rajma mix and roll as shown. Then place in the greased baking dish.

In a bowl whisk the eggs then add the yogurt,sprinkle some salt and pepper and the remaining cheese. Whisk well.

Pour the egg mixture on the rolled filo sheets and sprinkle some white sesame seeds.

Bake the banitsa in the oven for 20-25 mins at 180°c. Serve hot or cold
