Place pot on fire,add palm oil n slice some onion when it fry add blended pepper and chopped spring onion let it fry for some minutes then pour water.

Before the water boil,wash spaghetti with hot water and sieve with colander. Add seasonings to the water and lastly put spaghetti.

Cover and let it cook.
