Ingredients

2 cupsflour
1/2 cupsugar
1 tspvanilla flavor
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspsalt
1egg
1/2 cupmilk

Mix the egg and the sugar until it foams

Add the milk and flavor and mix

Add the dry ingredients, mix until just incorporated. Do not overmix

Pour into a prepared pan and bake on medium heat for 30 minutes or until it passes the tooth pick test.
