In a cooker, add water,mutton mince,salt,onion,coriander seed, cumin seed,turmeric powder, black pepper corns, cinnamon sticks, black cardamom,red chilli, ginger garlic paste and Bengal gram.Bring it to boiling point.

Close the cooker and cook till the mutton becomes tender and water dries completely. Keep it aside to cool down.

Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies in a blender and add mince mixture and grind it again.

Add eggs to it and mix everything together. Apply oil in ur hand and make kabab.

Heat oil in a pan,shallow fry the kabab on both sides.
