Wash rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds with water and soak them for 3 hours.
Clean it once again with water. - 2
Through away excess water & grind in the mixie till it becomes smooth paste like Dosa batter.. Add salt & water according to need. Keep itaside for 5 hours.

Now heat a nonstick pan and put dosa batter in it, now put chopped tomatoes, green chillies, green coriander over it. After 2 minutes, add 1/2 tsp of oil to it. After 3-4 minutes, flip it and cook it well for 2-3 minutes on the other side as well.Serve hot with any chutney or Sambhar.
