A fellow cookpadians posted this recipe and honestly, I knew I just had to try it out. This HoneyChickenBreast is super moist and so good. Its a one pan recipe. The same pan you used in frying the chicken, you use in making the sauce. So so yum. They paired well with yam fingers and I know this recipe is here to stay. So Here's the easy breezy method of making these yum babies..

Wash the bonelesschicken breast, allow to drain water totally...season with black pepper, garlic and salt. Allow to rest for 15mins.

Coat the seasoned boneless chicken in the flour, put non stick pan on the fire, add some butter and allow to melt, next place the boneless chicken breast in the in the pan and allow to fry till golden brown on both side for 5 mins on moderate heat

Once the boneless chicken breast are well cooked thru, still in the same non stick pan with the chicken, add little butter, some chopped garlic, stir? Add the vingar, soy sauce and honey...stir, spread all over the chicken, you can add a little water and keep allowing to cooking with the boneless chicken breast soaking up all the sweet sauce. I added a little bit of black pepper to give it that pepperish taste too. After about a 3mins, remove from the pan and serve spreading the sauce all over.
