  • 1Onion paste
  • 2 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tspGarlic ginger paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2Green.chilli paste
  • Saunf 1tsp (make a potli)
  • Bay leaf 1

Steps

  1. 1

    Put lamb meat in a deep pan

  2. 2

    Add water 4 cups

  3. 3

    Add onion ginger garlic green.chilli paste

  4. 4

    Add potli of saunf and tez patta

  5. 5

    Cook on.low flame for 2 good hours.
