  2. 1Onion paste
  3. 2 tspTurmeric
  4. 1 tspGarlic ginger paste
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2Green.chilli paste
  7. Saunf 1tsp (make a potli)
  8. Bay leaf 1

Steps

  1. 1

    Put lamb meat in a deep pan

  2. 2

    Add water 4 cups

  3. 3

    Add onion ginger garlic green.chilli paste

  4. 4

    Add potli of saunf and tez patta

  5. 5

    Cook on.low flame for 2 good hours.
