Egg Pepper with Gravy

First boil the egg with little salt and oil. Once it is done. Transfer to a bowl. Cool it and take out shell from eggs. Marinate the egg with a pinch of turmeric and a pinch of salt. Heat oil in Kadai. When the oil is hot. Fry the eggs for a few minutes. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate and keep aside. In the same Kadai add little oil. Once the oil is hot. Add cumin seeds and bay leaf. Let it crackle. Fry the chopped onion till it become light brown in colour.

Then add all the spices and green chilli, ginger and garlic paste. Saute it for few minutes till the raw smell of masala goes off. Then add tomato paste. Cook for a few minutes. Then add fried egg mix it well. Add water as needed. Mix well. Cook until you get desire consistency.

Once it is done. Turn off the flame and transfer to beautiful serving bowl. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Ready to serve with hot...roti and Steam Rice.
