Potato and fenugreek leaves paratha

Take a pan add potato and mash it then add chopped onion, chopped fenugreek leaves, green chilli, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala and mix well and keep aside.

Take wheat flour add 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp oil add water required make a fine dough.

Take small dough add potato mixture then seal with another dough and roll like chapati. Now shallow fry it on the tawa by applying it to a little ghee. Serve hot with boondi raita, mint chutney or achar.
