1/2cabbage
2potatatoes
1 tspcumin seeds
1bay leaf
1.5 tbspcumin coriander powder
1 tspginger paste
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/4 tspgaram masala powder
1 tspred chilli powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Steps

1

Heat oil and temper cumin seeds and bay leaf
2

Add potatatoes and saute until it is soft
3

Add salt and turmeric powder
4

Add cumin coriander powder,ginger paste and saute
5

Add cabbage chopped and saute
6

Add red chilli powder and cover
7

As the cabbage and potatoes are tender add sugar and adjust salt
