Homemade chicken kadhai
Steps

Dry roast all dry spices mentioned above.let it be cool than grind into a coarse powder.

Heat oil in a kadhai add chopped onion and saute till they turn golden brown than add ginger - garlic paste.

Saute for 2- 3 min then add coarsely powder, mix well.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook till they are fully cooked then add chicken pieces, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder saute for 5- 6 min on high flame.

Now add 1 glass of water and mix well, cover and cook till the chicken becomes tender.

Finally add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Switch off the gas.

Serve with roti, paratha naan or Rice.
