Steps

In a bowl add Kuttu ka aata,namak,jeera and ajwain.add water and make a paste for Cheela.

Keep it for rest for sometime.

Now in a pan add ghee and put jeera and ajwein and add crushed paneer.saute it.
- 4
Now add salt and Coriander on Paneer.switch off the gas and let the mixture cool.
- 5
Now on a pan heat ghee and our Chilla mixture and make small chilla.
- 6
Now after chilla is made add Paneer mixture and roll it.Paneer chilla is ready.
