Ingredients: 3 medium sized chicken breast cut into mouth size pieces; 1/2 small onion chopped; 1/2 Small Red onion chopped; 1 tsp garlic granuals; 1 tsp dried Basil; 1 Tbls sriracha sauce; 1 dried chicken stock cube; 1/4 Cup water; 1 Handful Spinach; 1/2 cup pasatta; 1 tbls tomato puree; 1 tbls lemon + herb sauce

Ingredients

3medium sized chicken breast cut into mouth size pieces
1/2small onion chopped
1/2Small Red onion chopped
1 tspgarlic granuals
1 tspdried Basil
1 Tblssriracha sauce
1dried chicken stock cube
1/4 Cupwater
1 HandfulSpinach
1/2 cuppasatta
1 tblstomato puree
1 tblslemon + herb sauce

Steps

Cut up the breasts and onions add the onions to the pan with olive oil then add the chicken.

Stir the chicken add 1/4 Tsp of mixed peppers,pasatta and mix in cook for 10 minutes on medium stirring often.

Add Sriracha sauce, tomato puree, sprinkle the chicken stock and add water. Bring to the boil turn down to low simmer for 5 minutes. Then boil the pasta.

Add Sour cream, lemon + herb stir in then add Spinach and mix in.

Drain the water from the pasta then add to serving plate add the chicken mix on top serve hot.

I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
