Wash your sweet potatoes place in a pot and add water until it's on top of the sweet potatoes, cook on medium heat until it's soft

When it's cooked peel the back of the sweet potatoes and cut into smaller cubes

Place in a bowl then add your veg. oil add your groundnut powder, mix very well until it's well combine then enjoy!
