Gulab jamun donuts

Mix the gulab jamun powder with water and knead well and roll the dough and cut into a donut shape.

Deep fry the gulab jamun donuts in oil and dip it in sugar syrup and keep aside for 5 mins.

In a heavy bottom pan, boil the milk till it thickens and starts forming creamy, add sugar and badam powder and saffron.switch off the flame once you get thick consistency.

Add 1 cup rabri to whipped cream and whip until they form a stiff peaks.fill it to a piping bag

Fill the soaked donuts with rabri whipped cream and rabri and garnish it with dry fruits and nuts.
