Heat a pan with oil. add hing and cumin when it began to sizzle add chopped Onions and green chillies. Next add gram flour and saute until it change the colour.

Then add chopped coriander and mix it for 5 to 6 min. Then add salt, turmeric powder garam masala and grated coconut and mix it.

Make patodi covering :- Mix together ajwain, salt flour and ghee in a bowl and make a dough. Cover it and set it aside for 10 min.

To make patodi:- Make small balls of dough. roll it to a oblong or oval shape. Cut it to two. Make a con with help of water. Fill the con with coriander masala. Seal all the edges.make sure pataudi has been sealed well.

Deep frying for pataudi:- Heat oil in a pan until medium hot. Add pataudi to the oil and deep fry until golden. Then darin them on to a kitchen tissue.
