Steps

Wash and cut the paneer into squares, keep aside

Chop the nuts finely and keep aside

Chopthe onions tomatoes ginger garlic finely.

Make slurry of plain flour with water add little salt, mix well
- 5
Now take one paneer square and keep the chopped nuts in it and cover with another paneer square,and fill the chopped nuts in all paneer squares and dip into the plain flour batter and keep aside for some time.

Heat the pan and add oil and fry the paneer squares one by one u can sauté also to avoid deep frying.cut the paneer squares into trump angels. Keep aside.

Heat another pan and add oil in it, now add onions and fry till golden, add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and cook further, add above mentioned masalas except cream.

Add a few cashews, almonds and add water and boil for 10 mins to reduce the water, now blend it with blender and further cook till the pan leaves the sides, add a little cream and curd and cook for 2-3 mins, add kasuri methi and mix well.

Take a bowl and pour hot gravy and place the paneer triangles on top garnish with fresh cream and nuts. Serve hot with rice naans or chapati
