Cut the paneer into length wise sticks

Take a bowl and add the plain flour and ginger garlic paste, above mentioned spices and dissolve into a batter., in one bowl put the bread crumbs.

Now take one paneer stick and dip into the plain flour batter and the roll into the bread crumbs. Repeat the process till all the sticks are done.put a satay stick on each paneer cube.

Keep aside for 1/2 an hr in refrigerator and the for ten minutes to set at room temperature.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry till golden brown and crispy.serve hot with ketchup or green chutney
