Paneer Pakoda
Steps

Slice paneer into cubes or square

Add besan, corn flour, salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder in a mixing bowl.

Pour enough water to make a thick consistency batter.

Dip each paneer pieces in the batter and coat them well.

Now heat oil in a kadai on a medium flame.

When the oil becomes hot, gently add the batter coated paneer cubes into the oil.

When one side turns light golden, gently flip it and continue to fry paneer pakodas till golden & crispy.

Remove & drain pakoda on paper towel.
- 9
Serve hot paneer pakoda with ketchup or green chutney. Sprinkle some chaat masala over it.
