2 cupslocal shinkafan tuwo (or minced rice)
1 tbspveg oil
Pinchsalt
For the egg sauce
5medium eggs or as desired
1 tbspeach curry thyme tumeric
3MAGGI STAR seasoning cube
Sliced onion as desired
Veg oil
Grinded pepper n onion
4medium Sliced tomatoes

Steps

Put some clean water in a clean pot,put on fire and bring to bill.

As water is boiling wash your rice and add to boiling water. Add some salt and veg oil cover and allow to cook for10mins

While rice is cooking, bring a clean saucepan or a small pot add oil and a little onion to fry, add grinded pepper, Maggi, spices and stirfry for 4-5min. Break egg and whisk thoroughly.

Pour egg to frying mixture in circular motion till finished DO NOT STIR and allow it cook for 4min now stir thoroughly add slice onions and off d gas stove

Back to your cooking rice, using a whisker or spoon stir thoroughly until very sticky allow it to be soft and off d gas stove
