Wash millet to remove sand and chaff, then dry.Add ginger clove,then grind till smooth, then sieve and set aside. Saok tamarind in water and set aside.

Wash beans to remove the back,soak for some minutes in water,then drain water,add onions nd bonnets, grand till smooth.

Boil water in a clean pot,get the tamarind,sieve in a bowl,then get some portion of the grounded millet,mix it thoroughly in the tamarind water, to make a semi liquid mixture. Now,off the heat,using a wooden spoon, be pouring the mixture in the water while stirring, to make the kunu. Add sugar nd set aside in a warmer.

Beat the beans very well to rise. You can use a blender to mix it or manually, I prepare a manual mixing. Add one egg nd salt,mix nd fry.
