Creating something new from the same ingredients is a real creativity. This time tried making shawarma in fried bread. Kids will love to have this combo of chicken , vegetables and bread.

Marinate chicken with oil, garlic, red chilli powder, soya sauce, Kali mirch, yogurt and lemon juice for 1 hour.

Cook chicken till tender. Cook on low flame.

Make a pair of 8 slice to get total 4 pairs.

Roll slices with roller. Now cut the corners.

Beat eggs and add little milk in it. Make crumbs out of bread. Use the leftover corners too.

Now again roll the slices after cutting the corners. Dip in eggs then dip in crumbs.

Fry golden in medium hot oil. You can make any shape you like it.

You can make in tri angles too. After frying cut from the centre.

Now cut all the vegetables and seperately put them in sterilised bottles in vinegar. You can refrigerate for a month.

Now mix chicken, vegetables with mayonnaise and mustard paste. Adjust the flavours by adding kali mirch and jalapeños.

Now fill the pockets with salad leaves. Add chicken and vegetables.

You can make shawarma on pita bread too. Add olives on top.
