Steps

Cut brinjal into round slices and soak in water. Meanwhile prepare the masala. Mix all the ingredients well. Drain the water from brinjal and put in the dry masala. Coat brinjal nicely.

The water from brinjal will help to coat it properly(no need of adding water). Take a pan and put oil when hot fry(shallow fry) on both sides till crisp.

Enjoy hot with rice and curry,or chapati or have as a snack.
