In a bowl mix flour,salt,baking powder and water to make a dough. Knead well and keep aside

In a pan extract the sardine fronm the oil and add the sardine to the pan

Add in attarugu, onions,salt,curry seasonings and sitir fry for 3mins

Roll the dough with a rolling pin and cut it into circular shapes with a cutter or cup

In each add in the filling and make a pie kike meat pie, use fork or twist the end

Fry in a hot oil on low heat
