Make a paste of besan and add salt, red chilli powder, carom seeds, kasuri methi, grated garlic, garam masala and beat thoroughly.

Cut potato in round pieces and cauliflower in leaflets.

Heat oil in a karahi and deep fry potato and cauliflower pieces till golden brown colour. Take it out from karahi.

Now dip these pieces into the besan paste and deep fry till golden brown colour.

Serve hot with sauce and paratha or chapatti.
