Peel off the skin of parwal and potato

In a pan add mustard oil and fry potato and parwal till light brown in medium flame. In the same same pan add 1 tablespoon oil, cumin seeds,cloves,elaichi,dalchini, chopped onion saute till light pink

Add ginger garlic paste, above spices, water. mix well, add tomato puree. Mix well for 5 min. In low flame.

Cook for 5 to 10 mins. In low flame. Parwal aalu ki sabji is ready to serve.
