  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1 cupwater
  5. 1 clovegarlic
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. Pinchsugar

  1. 1

    In a large sufuria melt the butter and add the rest of the ingredients

    Bring to boil then reduce heat to simmer uncovered until the onions are soft

    Pour everything in blender then blend until smooth.Garnish with coriander and eat plain
