In a jar add all chutney given ingredients and some little water now grind it and make a fine paste keep it aside.

Now in a bowl take mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, salt to taste, green chilli, ginger,onion mix it together.

Now in a bowl take gram flour then add half tbsp red chilli powder 1tsp turmeric powder, pinch of salt mix it now add some water as your required mix properly without any lumps make flowing consistency batter.

Now heat the wok with cooking oil.

Now take a small portion of mixture make a flat round shape.

Now pour the prepared mixture properly coat it.

Now drop in a hot oil until it becomes crispy and golden brown colour on medium flame.

Now remove the plates.

Now take a pav cut in two half portion.

Now spread green chutney evenly then put on fried vada.

It's ready to serve it.
