Cut the onion layer into fingernail shapes.

Slice a thin piece off the tip of each sausage to make space for the fingernail.

Attach the onion fingernail to the sausage using a little ketchup.

Cut off the other end of the sausage so it looks like a severed finger.

Make small cuts on the top to look like knuckles.

Arrange all the sausages on a plate and pour ketchup over the cut ends to look like blood.
