In a bowl mix all the ingredients to make the spread

Mix well to make the spread creamy.

Then cut the cucumber into thin slices and cut the corners of the bread.

Apply 1 tbsp spread on 2 slices of bread and cover with the other 2 slices to make sandwich.

Then cut each sandwich into 4 pieces and add cucumber slices inside and on the top of the sandwiches.

Serve with tea and enjoy a short tea break. :)
