Ingredients

  1. 250 gprawns
  2. 1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  3. 1 tablespoondark soya sauce
  4. 1 tablespoonlight soya sauce
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspRed chilli flakes
  7. 1 tablespoonchopped garlic
  8. 1 tablespoonchopped ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat soybean oil in a non stick pan.

  2. 2

    Add the garlic and ginger. Let them brown very lightly.

  3. 3

    Add the prawns. Cook till they turn pink half done. Add the light soya. Toss around. Add the dark soya and toss around. Add the chilli flakes and oyster sauce. Toss and you are done.
