Mix Suji, salt,curd,grated garlic in a bowl & mix well add water as needed to make batter. Add Beetroot juice and mix well. keep it aside for 10- minutes rest. Meanwhile mix tomato, onion,grated Beetroot, salt and red chilli powder in a bowl for topping.

Heat mini Uttapam tawa grease with ghee and pour batter in each mini space with spoon top it with prepared topping mixture. Again add ghee and cook on slow flame.

Serve hot ready tasty Mini Beetroot Suji Uttapam in a Plate with Masala Tea.
