Ingredients

  • 1pineapple chunks
  • 250 mlpineapple juice
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 10fresh mint leaves
  • 2limes/lemons sliced
  • 4passion fruit seeds and pulp
  • soda water
  • ice

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the pineapple, juice and sugar together until you have a smooth puree.
    combine the pineapple puree and passion fruit in a jug with the soda water and mix well.

  2. 2

    Add ice, mint and lemon slices in serving jug and pour in the mojitos.
