Ingredients

  • 1 cupKali Masoor Dal
  • 4 cupWater
  • 1 tspGinger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspRed Chilli Powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspCoriander Powder -
  • 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  • 1 tspAmchoor Powder
  • 1Onion
  • 8Garlic Cloves

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil daal for 20mim

  2. 2

    Add jeera and dhaniya

  3. 3

    Add onion

  4. 4

    Saute onion till it get red

  5. 5

    Add tomato

  6. 6

    Mix it well and saute it properly

  7. 7

    Put all that tadka in boiled daal

  8. 8

    Your daal is ready
