This recipe is a famous breakfast option from the state of Madhya Pradesh. Made with flattened rice a simple flavourful tasty dish. Here I have tried to make the poha like that style(MP) but with little variations according to my family's taste. For this I had to surf the internet for some recipes, and then I decided to make this way.
