Ingredients

  • 4 lbsGround Beef
  • 1/2medium onion chopped
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 3/4 cupChili Powder
  • 1/4 cupCummin
  • 1 tbspgranulated garlic
  • 1 tbspgranulated onion
  • 1/2 tspCayenne
  • 1 tspOregano
  • 1 tspPaprika
  • 1/2 tspcrushed Red Pepper
  • 3 (15 oz)cans tomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    In large stockpot brown ground beef. Add chopped onions and sweat until clear. Add salt

  2. 2

    Add tomato sauce into stockpot. Stir until mixed well.

  3. 3

    Add all other spices. Stir well. Add water as needed to loosen mixture.

  4. 4

    Simmer 1-2 hours. Serve and enjoy
