Ingredients

  1. 4 lbsGround Beef
  2. 1/2medium onion chopped
  3. 1 tbspsalt
  4. 3/4 cupChili Powder
  5. 1/4 cupCummin
  6. 1 tbspgranulated garlic
  7. 1 tbspgranulated onion
  8. 1/2 tspCayenne
  9. 1 tspOregano
  10. 1 tspPaprika
  11. 1/2 tspcrushed Red Pepper
  12. 3 (15 oz)cans tomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    In large stockpot brown ground beef. Add chopped onions and sweat until clear. Add salt

  2. 2

    Add tomato sauce into stockpot. Stir until mixed well.

  3. 3

    Add all other spices. Stir well. Add water as needed to loosen mixture.

  4. 4

    Simmer 1-2 hours. Serve and enjoy
