Ingredients

15 servings
  • 100 gmkhowa
  • 100 gmmaida
  • 400 gmsugar
  • 420 mlwater
  • 1 pinchcardmom powder
  • 3-4threads of saffron
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • as neededClarified butter for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix water,sugar,saffron, cardmom powder, lemon and boil it for 3-4 minutes.

  2. 2

    Now mash khowa and maida and make smooth dough

  3. 3

    Now fry them and dip in Prepared hot sugar syrup for 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Yummy Gulab jamun ready
